BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION PROCEDURE 
Just mail, fax, email or just call us.
We revert back within 24 hours of receipt of an intimation. 

PRICES :
Prices and supplement are per person and are based on a minimum of TWO persons traveling together sharing twin bedded accommodation.

We will require 25 % advance at the time of confirmation of the tour and balance to be paid eight weeks before your departure if you traveling as Individual ' FIT '. 

Groups are required to pay Non-refundable 25% advance deposit at the time of booking and balance 75 % non-refundable payment to be received by us 90 days before the arrival of the group. 

PRICES DOES NOT INCLUDE 
The cost of passport, Visas, inoculations, airport taxes, fees, items of personal nature such as mineral waters, liquors, laundry, telephone calls, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, special gratuities.
Any airfares international or domestic.

ALTERATIONS 
From time to time it may be necessary or advisable to alter the arrangements for your holidays.

We reserve the right to make such alterations to any of the arrangements, as we consider necessary or advisable. Where such alterations are material we will inform you as soon as possible.

We are not liable for any refunds in such cases as the same have been made for your good only.

FIT CANCELLATION ( Individuel) 
Should you wish to cancel your holidays, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Please advice the reason for cancellation as you may be covered by your insurance policy.

( We do not cover you for the cancellations or any travel Insurance )

Cancellation policy as follows : 

90 to 35 days - 25 % of final invoice

34 to 7 days - 80 % of final invoice 

7 to date of arrival - 100% of final invoice 

These penalties are there to safeguard administrative costs and other advances paid out to Hotels & Transport. 

You can cover your cancellation charges through insurance cover.
(Please check this before you go in for vacations)

We will not cancel your holidays except if events occur which make it impossible to operate to an acceptable level of safety, convenience and comfort, such as political unrest, hostilities, industrial disputes, strikes, riots or civil commotion, natural disaster or any other similar circumstance or if you have not paid in full by eight weeks before departure. 

LIABILITY 
We don't accept responsibility for death, illness or bodily injury. Further, its cooperating selling agents offer these tours for sale only on the express understanding that they themselves do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance of the individual components - hotels, flights, cars, coaches, restaurant, etc of these tours and act only to combine these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of general public, and are not responsible therefore for either directly or indirectly, for any claims, losses, damages or loss or delay of baggage or other property, or delay inconvenience or loss of enjoyment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, which may result from any act, omission, negligence or default of any company, individual or employee engaged in or responsible for performing or providing these component services, including mechanical breakdowns, government actions or other factors and causes beyond our control.
